The "WattManager® is an energy saving Lighting Voltage Controller that
substantially reduces the amount of electricity used by Fluorescent and
High Intensity Discharge (HID) lighting systems without significantly
reducing light lumen.

MTT CORPORATION has re-designed, modified and enhanced the
revolutionary third generation "WattManager®" to lower lighting energy
consumption up to 35% for all types of HID and Fluorescent lamp systems.

The installation simply involves installing the WattManager® directly before
the lighting electrical panel. No changes in the fixtures or lamps are
required. The installation is a simple process and any local licensed
electrical contractor can perform it. The unit is maintenance-free and has a
life expectancy of more than 25 years. Typically, investment paybacks are
realized within two years.
Let us put our engineering expertise and experience in Energy Conservation to work for you today
Saving Energy = Saving Money

Benefits
HID energy costs can be reduced by up to 35%
Return of Investment within less than 2 years
Average savings is between 15 to 25%
Ease of installation by any licensed electrician
No fixture change - No bulb or ballast replacement necessary
Low initial cost
Up to 25 years of maintenance free savings
Features And Additional Benefits
Energy saving in Watt of 15 to 25% for HID and fluorescent (magnetic ballast) lighting
Return on Investment (ROI) less than 24 months
Energy saving with a panel with mixed loads of HID and Fluorescent lamps
Lamp and ballast life increases by more than 30% due to reduced heat at fixture
Reduce maintenance costs because of increase in lamps' life
HVAC cooling cost is reduced by lowering indoor lighting heat loads
The WattManager® device, does not generate harmonics
The WattManager equipment will reduce harmonic disturbances in the load current
Easy to install between the main electrical supply and the lighting panel
Installation time is one day or less with power shutdown of 1 to 2 hours
The WattManager® controls the facility lighting panels as a whole (10 or 100 lamps)
Custom design and manufacturing for a particular facility
The WattManager® can be linked to facility wide actuation
The lighting panel must be for lighting loads only
Mixed panels (power and lighting) must be separated with the addition of a load center
For a 3 phases system, it is recommended to balance the load on all 3 phases prior to the installation of the unit
Numerous installations for many years with confirmed results
Reduced CO2, SO2 and NOX emissions

1. Is the WattManager® unit environmentally safe?
Environment and clean air are major concerns for us, now and in the future. Installation of WattManager® technology to
this type of lighting, significantly reduces emissions released in the environment because of reduced electrical energy
consumption for our lighting needs.

2. Who can benefit from WattManager®?
Auto Dealerships, Outdoor Parking lot, Parking Structures, Street lights, Bridges and Tunnels, Warehouse Facilities,
Manufacturing Floors, Sports Facilities, Tennis Courts, Airplane Hangers, Government Facilities and anyone who uses
HID lighting.

3. What is the average Return of Investment for the WattManager®?
It depends on the facility where the unit is installed. In general is twenty-four (24) months or less.

4. How does the "estimated annual savings work"?
We conduct a pre and post analysis of the wattage consumed at the panel. Based on the information we gather, we are
able to determine the percentage of savings.

5. Why do you need to conduct an onsite survey?
In order for us to determine which model of WattManager® Controller(s) is needed to be installed at your facility. In
addition, this will help us determine the calculated savings for the installation.

6. Is the WattManager® patented design?
WattManager® is a registered trademark and the technology is patented.

7. Can the WatManager® treat harmonics?
The WattManager® does not generate any harmonics, in fact, it reduces the amount of harmonics in the load current.

8. Can we use the unit in conjunction with our EMS (Energy Management System)?
Yes, it can be used. Since the technology control the power by HID and fluorescent lighting, WattManager® is an
excellent compliment to any energy management system.

9. What about the unit maintenance?
We are very confident that our product quality of design and manufacturing will help you meet your energy savings
needs and the unit would operate without any problems. As for any electrical appliance it needs to be maintained
periodically every one to two years to clean the unit from dust and check the installed components.

10. What type of guarantee can we expect after the sale?
We are very confident that our product quality of design and manufacturing will help you meet your energy savings
needs and the unit would operate without any problems. We offer a one (1) year warranty on parts and labor. For further
information please visit the product website www.wattmanager.us.

11. What specifications are necessary to get a quote for a facility?
In order to be able to quote you a WattManager® unit for a potential facility, usually the
following specifications are required:

1) Number of phases
Be sure to inform if three pole system connection is Delta (D) or Star (Y)
2) Number of wires
3) Frequency (usually 60 Hz in the USA)
4) Load/lamp voltage
5) Load current in each phase
6) Type of control
7) Area of installation
8) Power factor, if known
9) The current harmonics content in the current, if known
10) Indoor or outdoor installation
11) Any other specifications you think we should know
